Hi – I’m Mike Beatty. I’m not some fitness guru – I’m just an ordinary guy who has always been interested in staying fit.
Despite having a DEGREE in sports and exercise science and being a qualified PE teacher for a DECADE, I still struggled to crack the code of burning fat while building lean muscle.
